In an effort to ensure patient safety and public trust, anyone can inquire about our staffing levels and staff competence by calling 618-549-0721 ext. 65140 to make an appointment with Nursing Administration. All questions will be answered in accordance with the 2004 Illinois Hospital Report Card Act. Please call between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
